Q: Can I return my collar. I’ve changed my mind and it doesn’t suit my dogs colouring?

A: Each collar is individually made to our customer’s measurements for their specific dog. Every collar is carefully checked before despatch and we would normally only offer a refund or replacement in the unlikely event of the collar being faulty. If you change your mind with regard to colour or trim, or decide that you would prefer a different style of collar, we may be prepared, at our discretion, to exchange the item but may charge a restocking fee of a minimum of £5 as only the fittings are reusable. The collar must be returned in perfect, unworn condition. Postage to be paid by yourself. Please contact us before returning your collar.

Q: How long will it be from order to delivery?

A: We try to post orders promptly when completed, however please allow 14 days for delivery within the UK. At busy times, delivery may take a little longer. You will be advised of this at the time of ordering.

Q: I haven’t received my order, it has been 3 weeks (UK and europe only. USA please allow 20 days)

A: In this instance it is possible that your order has gone missing in the post. Please advise us as soon as possible so that we can issue a replacement or a refund. If you don’t tell us, We don’t know!

Q: I need my order for an event, can I rush it through.

A: We will do our utmost to ensure that we prioritise your order if it is urgent. Please inform us at the time of ordering.

Q: Are these collars for lead walking?

A: Yes all our collars are made using the best quality thread and are quadruple sewn at all the stress points - if they aren’t for lead walking it will say. These collars are made from heavy duty webbing but the trims themselves will wear with heavy use. The collar should not fail but wear and tear is only natural. Checking your collar for wear and tear is your responsibility.
